LIVING ON THE HALLELUJAH SIDE!

This is where I want to live all the time, but is this possible? Only if I walk with God. He has always desired a people who would choose to walk with Him, a people who would follow Him, a people who would come into agreement with Him, and walk with Him in the earth. But there's always been a problem. The problem? Disobedient people. While we're still here on the earth, we have to do what we can for God. We have to be obedient and victorious in every area of our lives.

IT IS EASY TO 'TALK THE TALK' BUT IT TAKES DEDICATION TO 'WALK THE WALK'. Are you dedicated? Do you walk the walk? Do you read the Word of God? Do you Pray? Do you make every effort to walk in Love?

The days are short; the times are evil. Satan knows his days are numbered, so he is doing everything he can to destroy the Church of Jesus Christ. If you do not walk in faith toward the things of God, you will be no match for him. You & I must be prepare to face life and all the problems of life and be in a position to win. The only way this can happen is to be prepared and stay prepared by walking and talking with God.

John 15:1-7

15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Abiding is living in, settling down, dwelling in. It is not 'coming in' and 'going out'. Are you abiding? Are you living in, settling down, and dwelling in God's Word daily? Where do you spend your time? How much time a day do you give to the reading of the Word and Prayer? Where are your thoughts? What do you think on most of the time? What do you talk about most of the time? You can lay the branch right next to the vine, but if it is not one with the vine, the life won't flow into that branch to make it produce fruit.

Fruit appears on branches. God has to have branches of the same texture as Himself, the same sap, the same mind, the same spirit, before He can bring forth in fullness what He wants to bring forth. If we are not abiding in the Word of God, God can't abide in us to the degree that we are able to ask and receive answers to our Prayers. Please get this. You can't live your life to suit yourself and to do your own thing and think that God will respond to you when ever you cry out to Him. If you want to start getting answers to your Prayers, you must be abiding in Him. You have to be obedient all the time.

Remember: MARK 11:24-26 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Believing & forgiving go hand in hand. You have to do both. Know matter what others may do to us we have to always stay in a position of believing and forgiving. This is known as obedience. Doing what we know to do because we know that this pleases God. You do want to please God don't you?

WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW? ARE YOU BEING OBEDIENT TO GOD? ARE YOU WALKING AND TALKING WITH HIM? ARE YOU DOING WHAT YOU KNOW IN YOUR HEART THE THINGS THAT PLEASES GOD? DO YOU MAINTAIN A GOOD ATTITUDE TOWARD OTHERS ALL THE TIME?

MATTHEW 5:43-48

43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

perfect - (Gr. teleios) complete in conformity to God's law

1 CORINTHIANS 13:4-8a (NASB)

4 Love is patient, love is kind, and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant,

5 does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered,

6 does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;

7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8 Love never fails;

1 CORINTHIANS 15:58

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

3 COMMANDS THAT WILL BRING VICTORY!

1. Gr. hedrarios, be seated, settled, and firm in the truth of the resurrection and of victory in Christ

2. Gr. ametakinetos, unmoveable, Let nothing shake your faith or move you away from the hope of the gospel.

3. Always abound in the work of the Lord, knowing that what you do will be rewarded.

As your friend, I want to encourage you that no matter what happens to you, do not allow it to move you away from God. God loves you but you have to over ride what ever comes into your life that would move you away form Him. God likes and believes in closeness. So draw close to Him. When we draw close to Him and submit to Him this will produce POWER in our lives to overcome.

JAMES 4:7-8a

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
