"Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?"

The tempter will come.
Don’t be alarmed use the Word
And he will depart.
Then you’ll be amazed
Because the angels will come.
And minister to you
What you have need of.
